Low carb Air Fried Chicken

Yummy Air Fried Chicken

Ingredients:
3 chicken thighs with skin, raw
3 chicken legs with skin, raw
2 cups of Carbquike flour
1 Tbsp. black pepper 
1 Tbls.  garlic powder
1/2 tsp. onion powder
1/2 tsp. poultry seasoning 
1  tsp. cumin
1  Tbsp. paprika 
1  Tbsp. sea salt
1  Tbsp. olive oil 
1   cup almond milk
Instructions:
1. Soak the chicken in the almond milk in the fridge for 2 hours.
2. Add the seasoning to the flour with oil and mix well.
3. Dip the chicken into the flour mix; then in almond milk, and back into the flour.
4. Place the chicken into the fry basket. Repeat until all the chicken is coated.
5. Fry at 360 degrees, turn after 10 min. Fry for another 10  min or desired crispness.
