3 Ingredient Low Carb Naan Bread (indian bread)
Prep Time: 5 minutes Yield: 6 small naans
INGREDIENTS
- ½ cup Almond flour
- ½ cup Tapioca flour or arrowroot flour
- 1 cup Coconut milk, canned and full fat
- Salt, adjust to taste, optional
- Butter (slather that bread!), optional
INSTRUCTIONS
1 Preheat a crepe pan OR nonstick pan over medium heat.
2 Mix all the ingredients together in a bowl, and pour ¼ cup of the batter onto the pan.
3 After the batter fluffs up and looks firm/mostly cooked, flip it over to cook the other side (be patient, this takes a little time!).
4 Serve immediately
