Indian pancakes/naan, fast and easy (Low Carb)

Ingredients
- 1/2 cup almond flour
- 1.5 tbsp tapioca flour
- 2 tbsp coconut oil
- 1/4 tsp baking powder
- 1/3 cup hot water
- 1 Tbsp minced garlic (optional)
- 1/4 tsp Pink Salt
Instructions:
- Heat burner with non stick skillet to medium.
- Combined flours,baking powder, salt and oil mix with fork.
- Add hot water to ingredients mix well.
- Pour mixture on skillet like a pancake. Flip after a few minutes until golden brown, be patient. The other side only takes a couple of minutes to turn golden brown.
- Slather with butter and garlic sea salt.
- Enjoy!
