Ingredients
- 1/3 cup water
- 3 Tablespoons powdered gelatin
- 1 cup low moisture full fat Mozzarella cheese
Steps
- Add water and gelatin in small pot medium heat. Mix well let it start to boil.
- Add cheese constantly stirring until cheese is completely melted.
- Pour out on to parchment paper. Spread with non-stick spatula to thin layer.
- Refrigerate for 2 hours.
- Roll up cheese cut into desired size for noodles. (I like mine thin)
- Top with favorite sauce.
Notes
- Careful not to have sauce to hot or noodles will melt. Eat immediately after sauce is applied over noodles.
- Enjoy!
