Ingredients
- 6 egg yolks
- 2 1/2 cups heavy cream
- 1/2 cup sugar free chocolate syrup
- 1/2 cup Carmel chocolate truffle sugar free syrup
- 1/2 teaspoon pure Stevia
- 4 Oz sugar free milk chocolate chips
- 1 tablespoon gelatin
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
Steps
- In a medium size sauce pan combine eggs, heavy cream, and chocolate. Set on medium heat stirring constantly. Let it come to a slight boil for 30 seconds.Remove from heat.
- Sprinkle gelatin on top chocolate mix stir with whip. Making sure there are no lump.
- Add in sugar free syrups and salt stir well.
- Pour chocolate mix in popsicle molds.
- Let freeze for at least 6 hours.
- Run warm water over silicon. Fudgesicles should pop out easy.
- Store in freezer.
