Keto Blueberry Ice Cream

Ingredients
  • 1 1/4 cup blueberries
  • 1 1/4 cup heavy cream
  • 3 egg yolks
  • 1/3 cup Lemon Juice
  • 1/2 cup allulose sweetner
  • 1/4 teaspoon pure Stevia
  • 2 tablespoons sf vanilla syrup (I use Le Lirop de Monster)
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
Steps
  1. Combined all ingredients blend in blender.
  2. Pour in ice cream maker follow manufacturers instructions.
  3. Store in air tight container in freezer.
  4. Enjoy!
Notes
  • I chose to use Allulose sweetener because it does not crystallize. Ice cream will be scoop able right out of the freezer.
