Ingredients
- 2 cups heavy cream
- 2/3 cup real lemon juice
- 4 egg yolks
- 1 cup erythritol base sweetener
- 1/2 teaspoon Pure Stevia
- 2 tablespoons sugar free vanilla syrup
- 1 teaspoon lemon extract
- 1/2 salt teaspoon
- 4 drops lemon color (optional)
Steps
- Combine all ingredients in blender and blend until mixed well
- Pour into popsicle molds
- Freeze at least 6 hours
- Enjoy!
